The Society for the Study of Evolution is excited to announce a new Lifetime Achievement Award for evolutionary biologists. The award recognizes individuals who have made substantial contributions to the study of evolution, who have demonstrated outstanding mentorship of trainees, and/or who have provided noteworthy service to the evolution community. Please send your nomination accompanied by a short supporting statement (no longer than 250 words; longer statements will not be considered) to Marc Johnson ( marc.johnson@utoronto.ca ), Chair of the Nominations Committee, by Monday, April 1, 2019. Please indicate in your nomination if you would be willing to provide a more detailed and substantive nomination letter outlining the nominee’s contributions to our field.
